White Rock Bluezone nominated for the 11th Annual - 2010 BC Tourism award in technology sector!

Although Tourism Vancouver took the honour with the "Near Me BC" city App, we are proud that a small community like White Rock was acknowledged for it's innovative bluezone network that launched this summer. The White Rock Bluezone provides a great service to the community while offering mobile exposure for local businesses. It uses 3 technologies working together to provide a unique advertising platform like no other.

The network is nearing 3500 Bluetooth downloads, and an additional 2000 Youtube video views on the tourism content. Approximately 500 unique users log onto the free city Wi-Fi each month since its launch July 15, 2010

BC Lions BlueZone live for the final home game Oct 31st at Empire Feild - Vancouver

Blue Jamb Media delivers mobile content to fans at Empire Feild for the BC Lions Football Club. Last remaining home game of the season is Oct 31, 2010

Fans in premium seating are able to receive free Bluetooth downloads and the entire stadium is able to stream the content through Wi-Fi. User-ship ha increased each game as fans discovered the dynamics around the technology.

Search BC Lions Bluezone on the Free Wi-Fi networks in the stadium to stream free Lions video clips, player stats and player interviews.
